Chopper Spirals Uncontrollably into Palm Trees at Well-Known California Coast
An aircraft soaring near a popular California shoreline abruptly started spinning uncontrollably, eventually descending rapidly and plunging into a cluster of palm fronds as spectators watched.
Videos shared on social media depict the aircraft starting to spin near Huntington Beach then descending near the edge of the coast, where it ends up lodged between palm groves and a staircase adjacent to the shoreline route.
First Aid Details
Local firefighters stated five persons were rushed to the hospital including two who were in the chopper and were “safely pulled from the wreckage” after the accident on that day.
Three people on the street were harmed. Details on their injuries were not yet released.
The reason for the accident was still under investigation.
